SYE 2016 Early Pay Program We are encouraging parents to pay the full cost of SYE 2015 up front this summer. This allows us to manage payments and invoicing outside of the program weeks, which frees up staff to focus on what’s most important—your kids! As an incentive, we are offering discounted weekly rates* for families who pay in advance. The discounted rate structure is:

Frequently Asked Questions Why is the payment process changing? Collecting payments through the summer requires significant staff time. We want our staff to focus on delivering an excellent program, so we would like to handle the payments prior to the start of SYE. We also understand that making weekly payments through the program can be difficult for some families. This Early Pay model gives families much more time to budget and plan payments to fit their financial schedules. Do I need to pay in full by April 29th to receive the discount? No. The discount will apply to any payments you make within the discount window. Any weeks paid for between registration and April 29th will cost $75 per child or $55 per sibling. If you have not paid in full by April 29th, the cost of the remaining weeks will increase to $85/$65. When do I need to decide which payment option I’d like to choose? We encourage parents to decide this as soon as possible. There is a form on the next page to complete and submit with your choice of payment methods. This must be submitted with your registration packet to complete your child’s registration for SYE 2016. What if I need to change payment plans? That is ok! We understand that finances can change unexpectedly. Should you ever need to change your payment plan, just let us know. With both the Early Bird GOLD and SILVER plans, there is no penalty for missing a payment. Just catch up before the deadline to ensure your biggest discount! Additionally, once you make a payment, you lock in your discount for that week. For example, if you pay for weeks 1 through 5 in the Early Bird GOLD window, the GOLD discount applies to those weeks. Then, if you make payments for weeks 6 through 9 in the SILVER window, the SILVER discount will apply. How does the Early Pay discount affect scholarships? Our scholarship program is available to families who face financial barriers to participating in SYE. A family receiving a scholarship will not be eligible for the Early Pay program, and the scholarship will be calculated based on a weekly fee of $85 per child and $65 for siblings.

Frequently Asked Questions Why is the payment process changing? Collecting payments through the summer requires significant staff time.
