Reason for request to play up: I understand that by moving my child to a division outside of the recommended age range, there is a higher risk of injury due to competing against a wider range of age and older children. I have read and understand the rules for the new league I am requesting my child play in. I understand that that my child’s coach will not be allowed to make any exceptions to the rules just for my child. I understand that once my request to play up is approved, that my child will NOT be able to move back down to their age eligible division and are locked into their new division for the season. By signing this waiver, I will not hold Tipp City Jr. Baseball & Softball liable for any physical or psychological injuries because of playing up a division.
