WEDDING PACKAGES! *Basic Package: $1600 • Pavilion, choice of ceremony site, restrooms, plenty of parking, building with fridge and freezer • Use of farmhouse for changing area • Access to venue one day prior for decorating/rehearsal/photo sessions and one day after for clean up, (amount of time based on availability) • Terrapin Hill staff on site (extra assistance with set up/breakdown available, see below) • Sign to place on the road, plus other directional signs • Patio heaters or fans • Banquet tables • Wooden Spools: various sizes, great for gifts, guest book, cake, etc. • Picnic Tables: 4 tables, seat total of 30 people • Whiskey half-barrel flower pots • Lighting and paper lanterns in the pavilion; string lights in venue area

• Everything in Basic Package plus: • Chairs, tables, linens, burlap runners • Choice of table decorations • Barnwood bar • Bonfire and/or Patio fire pits
*Complete Package, with Overnight: $3200 • Everything in Complete Package plus use of the farm for a second day; overnight can be the night before OR the night of the wedding • Use of entire farmhouse (kitchen, living area, 3 bedrooms sleep 8+) • Camping areas and Teepee

*These package prices are for weddings with 75-150 guests, on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. For less than
75 guests, deduct $250; for more than 150 please add $450. Weddings on Monday-Thursday deduct 20%. Active military members deduct 10%. If you have a unique situation or needs we are happy to work with you!

Optional Add-ons: 10x20 tents $50 each Straw Bales (up to 100 available) $3 each China plates/silverware $2/$1 each Farmhouse kitchen $150; rooms $65 each Ceremony officiant $50 Bartender $20/hr; ice $5/bag Wedding planner services, prior to wedding ($40/hr) or day of coordination ($450) Extra assistance with set up/breakdown ($100/day) We are a working farm and grow organic produce, pasture-raised chickens, heritage breed pasture-raised hogs, and a limited variety of flowers. Ask us how we can help make your reception a farm-to-table event by providing products raised right here on the farm! We can also cater small events such as rehearsal dinners, bridal luncheons, and day-after-wedding brunches.
