MC - Mixed Cluster: yo, insert hook into first st as indicated, yo, draw loop through, yo, draw through 2 loops, skip 1 st,[yo, insert hook into next st, yo, draw loop through] twice all into the same st, (6 loops on hook), yo, draw through all loops on hook.
Pattern Instructions Foundation Chain: Multiple of 2 + 1. Row 1: Skip 2ch (count as 1sc), 1sc into next and each ch to end, turn. Row 2: 2ch (count as 1hdc), 1MC inserting hook into first then 3rd st, *1ch, 1MC inserting hook first into same st as previous MC; rep from * ending last rep in top of tch, 1hdc into same place, turn. Row 3: 1ch, skip 1 st, 1sc into next and each st to end, working last st into top of tch, turn. Repeat rows 2 and 3 until you have reached your desired length.
