The Race Against Hunger Education • Community • Global Citizenship Action Against Hunger, a global humanitarian organization committed to ending world hunger, works to save the lives of malnourished children while providing communities with access to safe water and sustainable solutions to hunger. The Race Against Hunger is a unique service-learning campaign that unites students around the world in the fight against global hunger. Tapping into the vast potential of youth to become powerful agents of change, this initiative helps students gain a deeper understanding of the problem of severe acute malnutrition by incorporating global hunger issues into the classroom. After learning about these important issues, students work together to positively impact the lives of those in need by raising funds for Action Against Hunger’s lifesaving programs around the world.
