As star is like a diamond in the sky, always precious, we want our NBA always shining the brightest out there at the stores with the retailer
It has been six months since the CODECommitted- I Act on Time was shared and reported back in April, highlighting each department. I find that the trend doesn’t change; some people are still late for work. I wonder what were the reports for, then? There are no warnings nor rewards. Thus, there are no lessons learned for people.
Answer :
Thank you for your participation in contributing this constructive feedback. The reason why we provide employees with attendance system is to create not only a disciplined and orderly working environment, in compliance with the

rules on our PKB, but also objective, humane, and integrated with Danone Way. Your concern is part of the process which we are committed to do in order to fully implement the project. The steps we are taking towards orderliness are as follows : 1. Improving people’s awareness about punctuality. 2. Reports about punctuality and attendance are going to be submitted to Directors and extended leaders of every department. There’s a new plan to submit this report up to the leader of CODI. 3. Socializing the One HRIS system, through which we can use to record our personal and sick leaves as well as approve leave requests, to reach 100% employees comprehension (all employees understand and use the system).
is introduced. A key highlight would be the new selling format : 1-2-3 CONNECT, that would help NBAs to be more productive in getting new recruitments at the stores. In 1-2-3 CONNECT, we will have attractive growth tools to attract child and moms alike and share the message of Early Life Nutrition to the moms. Through this NBA STAR Program, our aim is to achieve 282,000 new moms in 2015 and we can do it with all NBAs commitment to contribute to a better generation for Indonesia. Tonyanto Wijaya, Sales

4. Evaluate policies on disciplinary actions for violations of PKB rules (especially regarding presence and punctuality). Supervisors and managers are entitled to give warnings to their subordinates as a part of their responsibility as a People Manager. They also need to make sure that their team abides the rules in PKB. We have taken actions that vary in severity on employees who did not comply with the rules, especially in Manufacture (where the socialization has been done for quite some time). We hope this explanation is sufficient for you. Thank you for your constructive feedback. We value your input as it inspires us to continuously improve our service. Thank You (HR Operation Team)

The Necessity
Nutricians of ELN
Implementation
Early Life Nutrition (ELN) is the concept about how a proper nutrition given at an early stage of a child’s life can affect their lifetime health and well-being. The provision of Ikhsan Novembrianto, proper nutrition is crucially Plant QA Manager important during the first 1000 days of a child’s life, a period better known as the Golden Period (starting from 0 month to 2 years). This is the period where important systems and organs are developing. That’s why there are at least 50 nutrients which a pregnant women must consume to support fetal growth.
Insight
“ELN is very crucial for all children especially in their first 1000 days of life in which 70% of their immune system is developing,” explained Ikhsan Novembrianto, Plant QA Manager of Nutricia. Ikhsan, an avid pastime reader, further explained that ELN is also as crucial for pregnant women and all women planning to be pregnant. “Babies who get sufficient ELN intake will be able to grow and develop normally, according to their growth phases. Whereas babies who didn’t get it will be lagging in developing and thus face difficulties in catching up later.” “Actually, ELN is a simple concept because it makes sense and most of us are already familiar with a similar concept namely 4 Sehat 5 Sempurna which explained about healthy eating habit. The application of ELN must be balanced with other factors such as a healthy lifestyle and routine check
ups for pregnancy examination.” After the baby is born, ideally the mother should breastfeed them for at least 6 months because breastmilk contains the best nutrients a baby could have. What’s also important is monitoring the baby’s growth to ensure that they’re growing as they’re supposed to be. “Babies who lack ELN are at risk of malnutrition which effects are irreversible. That’s why it’s very important for mothers to incorporate ELN into their daily habit,” said this basketball fan. When his wife, Dian Rachmadani, was pregnant he was very conscientious in implementing ELN. He made sure Dian got sufficient intake of nutrition and enough rest every day, and was very discipline in tracking their baby’s growth. And after that, he assisted his wife in breastfeeding their baby.
Your Microbiota and You
Maintaining the Balance of the Microbiome
Gifts from Mom
Newborn babies pick up microbes when they travel through the birth canal during normal delivery process. Babies born via Caesarean have really different microbes and this may increase the risk of developing allergies. These microbes change as they’re exposed to breast milk and the mother’s skin during breast-feeding and to their general environment.
Your Microbiome is Unique
No two people have exactly the same microbial makeup, although many of us share similar types of microbes. There are trillions of microbes in our body. In our gut alone, we have 10 times more microbes than we have body cells. These microbes influence the functioning of our immune system, our metabolism, and (based on studies being done recently) even our brain.
Source : http://nutrijournal.danone.com/en/articles/ stories/my-microbiome-my-self/ http://nutrijournal.danone.com/en/articles/stories/your-microbes-the-secret-to-health/
The development of our gut microbiota is influenced by our lifestyle and diet; 80% of what they use to grow is coming from what we eat. Food is a major determinant to maintain homeostasis (an equilibrium between microbes and human body beneficial for health). Thus, to achieve this we need to make sure we meet our daily nutritional needs.
