The TVG vertical induction hardening installations offer a great versatility in the very diverse characteristics and dimensions parts treatment and allow, in their standard version, the vertical managing of big pieces of up to 3 m of length, 4 meters of diameter and two tons of weight. The TVG machine basic supply is the vertical hardening machine for parts among points tightening, with manual load and unload, And on which the inductor moves along the part. A heating equipment cooling system. A hardening liquid cooling system. An inductor moving numerical control system. A TVG handing machine.
TVG machine characteristics Maximum parts length: 3.000 mm. Hardening zone length: 3.000 mm. Maximum parts weight: up to 2.000 kg (according to versions). Parts diameter: up to 4.000 mm (according to versions). Inductor speed: up to 8.000 mm/ min.
