Early November through December o November 7 – Winter Tryout o Training – 1x per week o December 10-11 – Wixom Total Soccer College Showcase Event o Cap City Community Service – Adopt a family for Christmas Holiday. Each team will be assigned a family. o Scheduled down time for Cap City. Encouraged time with other sports. o Cap City Winter Camps – Optional – Additional Fee January – Mid February o Training – 1x per week o Intra club Futsal League – 1x per week o College Soccer Guidance Club Meeting o “Learn to Lift” through Spartan Performance Mid-February – March o Training – 2x per week in preparation for outdoor season. o March 2016 – Athlete Testing through Spartan Performance o March 2016 – Nutrition Education through Spartan Performance o College Soccer Guidance Grade Meeting o March 18-19 – Nike Academy Classic College Showcase

April through June – MSPSP U19 League April and May 2016 – MSYSA U19 State Cup April through Early June – Team Training 2x per week for 90 minutes April through Early June – Technical Training Night + Spartan Performance + GK Training – 1x per week for 90 minutes Cap City Community Service – Lansing River Trail Clean Up
Team Fee: $1350. All families will have the option to pay in full or select a payment plan. Our payment plan is structured into 10 installments from June to March. Our fee is all inclusive to cover the above plan including all club/coaching fees, league/game / referee fees, tournament entry / coaches travel, and training / program costs. The fee does not cover individual travel expenses and uniform costs.
