We offer the ultimate setting for your wedding, a combination of alpine elegance and location. Our outdoor wedding Veranda, CU Tavern Cocktail Hour space and Snowflake Reception Rooms offer great views of the Breckenridge Mountains in an intimate setting. Off the Snowflake room is a beautiful lobby with fireplace and bay windows, perfect for a weather back-up option if needed. We understand that planning a wedding from another town can often be challenging, so we are here to help you with this special day. Our professional staff can assist with all of your lodging needs and offer guidance for a successful wedding celebration. Additionally, our experienced catering company, Food Hedz, can prepare and serve an unforgettable wedding dinner for up to 150 guests. BlueSky Breckenridge Wedding Options Ceremony sites There are two options for ceremonies at Blue Sky Breckenridge. The first is our beautiful outdoor wedding veranda located just off our Snowflake Room. Blue Sky is situated three blocks above downtown Breckenridge and the wedding patio offers beautiful alpine views of the mountains. The patio can accommodate up to 150 people for a ceremony. You can also tent this space for a summer weather back-up option or for a winter wonderland themed wedding. For winter indoor ceremony option or summer weather back-up only, we offer an indoor ceremony option in front of our beautiful fireplace located just inside the lobby. The indoor ceremony site can accommodate up to 80 people seated with additional standing room behind. There is a $1,000 fee in order to have the lobby furniture removed and a ceremony site set up in front of the fireplace. Lodging is required to secure a ceremony location. (maxing out at $5000 with 115 guests). Minimum lodging dollar amount to be negotiated on a sliding scale based upon time of year and your wedding party size.

Reception sites The Snowflake Room overlooks our outdoor veranda and the mountains of Breckenridge. The Snowflake Room can accommodate up to 115 people for a seated reception. If you choose to also use the tented outdoor veranda as part of your reception, we can seat up to 150. The site fee is $1,500 and includes use of our outdoor patio which offers a beautiful setting for a ceremony. Included in the site fee: 5’ round tables for up to 150 people banquet chairs for up to 150 people glassware, flatware and dishware for up to 150 people set-up/break-down of tables, chairs, linens, glass and dishware
You may also have use of the CU Tavern space – perfect for a cocktail hour prior to your reception. This area is located just off the Snowflake Room and is a comfortable flow from one room to another. You may also choose to tent the adjoining patio to accommodate another 3 5 people for your reception (150 total). If the patio is used for a dinner reception, tenting is required. We offer an all-inclusive tent option for a total site fee of $3,600. This includes the tented patio, Snowflake Room, and CU Tavern space. Included with the all-inclusive tent: 20x40 white tent with solid white side walls 6 flood lights 1 heater with propane tank Fire permit Set-up, break-down, delivery fee, pick-up fee and tax
When hosting your reception with BlueSky Breckenridge, we allow the experts at Food Hedz to arrange food and beverage for your special day. If your reception is already planned at another location, our Snowflake Room or patio is perfect for a rehearsal dinner, cocktail party or Sunday brunch!
