Conditions for Unregistered Dressage Equissage Winter Series 2016
1. Open to all riders of all ages 2. This winter series is run based on ESNZ rules; please check with the show secretary if you have any questions. 3. Abuse of any animal will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disqualification. 4. Tielcey Park Limited reserves the right to refuse any entry, alter or cancel the programme, and combine classes 5. All classes will start promptly - please be ready to ride at your assigned time. 6. Once the class starts the timings will be approximate; at the judges discretion 7. harassment of officials will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disqualification and barring from further Tielcey Park shows. 8. Approved helmets are to be worn when mounted at all times 9. Late entries - if accepted will incur a late entry fee of $10.00. per horse 10. decision is final and this fee is non refundable. 11. For the safety of horses and as we have limited parking, all parking will be allocated. 12. We do not allow horses and ponies to be tied to trucks or floats in the main carpark close to the office (this is for safety reasons). To park in these areas you are required to book and pay for a yard or stable 13. Parking and stabling will be allocated by date of entry receipt. Please state float/truck size 14. Please check our website www.tielceyparkstables.co.nz from the Thursday before the show for the draw, and parking allocation. 15. Scratchings: Refund of full accommodation costs and entry fees if scratched by phone or email by 5pm the Friday before show AND confirmed in writing accompanied by doctor and/or veterinary/other equine practitioner certificate within one week after event. Show levy is non refundable. 18. Users enter the grounds at their own risk. 19. Tielcey Park Limited does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, accident, injury or illness to ponies, horses, riders or any other persons or property including vehicles whatsoever. 20. On completion and payment of entry it is assumed you have read and understood the above conditions. 21. Ribbons to 5th in all classes. 22. Show levy $15 per rider; non refundable in event of scratching. 23. Accommodation: Yards $10/night and day, day yards only - $5/day, superb stabling $20/day and night; overnight camping (includes showers and toilets) $10/person max $30/truck/float/tent - please state dates required on entry form. 24. No Dogs - this will mean instant elimination.

Rider Series $10 per rider per series; this payable once, and just mark on the form each day you compete so your points are added First Year Rider: This is only open to riders who are in their first year of competing at dressage. Child Rider: This is open to riders who are 14 years and under as of the date of each show. Points accumulate from only one nominated horse per show. Junior Rider: This is open to riders who are 15 to 21 years of age as of the date of each show. Points accumulate from only one nominated horse per show Show Entry Fees: Lead Rein: $6.00 per test Introductory Tests $6.00 per test Training: $7.00 per test Level 1: $8.00 per test Level 2: $8.00 per test Level 3 $9.00 per test NEW Ride a Test of your choice $10.00 per test (no late entries are accepted for this class) Championship Rosettes: The Winter 2016 series champion and reserve champion of each series class will be determined using the following calculations. Each dressage day points will be awarded in each class, 10points for 1st; 9points for 2nd; etc. Riders may enter multiple classes on multiple mounts; but must nominate only one mounts points to be included in the rider series. Riders must attend the final day to collect their rosette; this can be mounted or unmounted. While we will not enforce it; we would appreciate if riders have won champion of a series that they move up to the next level. Please email [email protected] if you have any queries
