Update to Jumbo File Delivery Process PennyMac ... AWS
Announcement 14-50 Date: September 11, 2014 Topic: Update to Jumbo File Delivery Process PennyMac recently released updates to its portal concerning the delivery of Jumbo loans. The process has been updated to more closely align to the standard closed loan delivery process used for all other loan types. Although many of the submission buttons and status names have changed, the general steps remain the same. Key changes include:
In the “Doc Center” screen on the PennyMac Portal, the loan package should now be uploaded under the “COMPLETE CREDIT PACKAGE” option (the option for “ELIGIBILITY REVIEW PACKAGE” has been disabled). When submitting the loan package to PennyMac on the “Doc Center” screen, the user should now select the “File Delivery” option from the menu at the bottom of the page (the option for “SUBMIT FOR ELIGIBILITY REVIEW” has been disabled). Once the Jumbo loan has been “Delivered” to PennyMac, the loan will show on the Portal in the “CREDIT FILE RECEIVED” pipeline stage.
