THE VIRTUOSO MARKS The Virtuoso Marks are valuable assets. By following these standards, you contribute to protecting these valuable trademark rights, and strengthen the Virtuoso Network brand identity. Except for the limited right to use as expressly permitted under these standards, no other rights of any kind are granted. Any use of the Virtuoso Marks or any of Virtuoso’s other registered or unregistered trademarks or service marks except as outlined herein or with Virtuoso’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited. All Virtuoso Marks remain the sole and exclusive property of Virtuoso, and no license of the Virtuoso Marks is contemplated by these standards.
SPECIFICATIONS REPRODUCTION: When Virtuoso has provided a Virtuoso Mark in reproducible or downloadable form, it should be reproduced as it is provided by Virtuoso, except for reducing or enlarging the total size of the mark, if necessary. Do not alter any Virtuoso Mark or any element of a Virtuoso Mark (this includes rearranging, changing proportion, altering the aspect ratio, re-coloring, rotating, stretching, changing fonts, changing position of words or logos, or adding or deleting any elements). DESCRIPTION: The standard Virtuoso Member Logo consists of three elements: 1. the swirl globe 2. the affiliation “Virtuoso Member” in a Virtuoso-custom variation of the font, Throhand 3. the general “SPECIALISTS IN THE ART OF TRAVEL” tagline:

CLEAR ZONE: The Virtuoso Member Logo should always have an area of open space or “clear zone” around it. No other graphic elements should fall within this area around the logo. Where “X” is equal to the height of the V in Virtuoso, leave at least X amount of clearance on all sides of the logo.

COLOR USAGE: Whenever possible, the Globe Swirl Logo should be reproduced in color. The Virtuoso Member Logo may also appear in black or grayscale as shown below. No other colors are permitted. The Virtuoso Member Logo may be used on solid backgrounds including white, ivory, gray, or light blue, or, in reverse, on dark backgrounds including black, gray, and navy. SIZES: The Virtuoso Member Logo should always be used at an appropriate size to make sure it is legible. When the primary logo is used, it should be no smaller than 1” at its widest point.

ACCEPTABLE VARIATIONS & SIZES: Whenever possible, the Virtuoso Member Logo should be used with all three elements in stacked fashion. In instances where the stacked version of the logo is overly tall for a given space, the Virtuoso Member Logo may be used in a horizontal orientation as shown below.
POSITION & PROMINENCE When used in an environment with other company names or corporate identities, the Virtuoso Member Logo size and position must be considered. The Virtuoso Member Logo may not be used in the same environment with competitive companies without the express permission and approval of Virtuoso Marketing.
LOCATIONS The Virtuoso Member Logo may be used on any Virtuoso website, social media, or printed material.
RESTRICTIONS No person or entity other than Virtuoso is permitted to use the VIRTUOSO CORPORATE LOGO under any circumstances. Current Members and ICs in good standing are authorized only to use the VIRTUOSO MEMBER LOGO (as shown in this document).
AVAILABLE FORMATS The Virtuoso Member Logo is available in both print and online preferred formats. High resolution .jpg, .gif, and .eps formats are available. Virtuoso staff and authorized partners may request Virtuoso Marks by contacting [email protected].

ATTRIBUTION & NOTICES For materials intended primarily for distribution within the United States: If the Virtuoso Mark is used, the language below should appear when feasible: VIRTUOSO MEMBER, the Globe Swirl Logo, and the SPECIALISTS IN THE ART OF TRAVEL are registered trademarks of Virtuoso, Ltd. All rights reserved. The registered trademark symbol (®) must be used with the Virtuoso Marks at least with the first use in a particular piece or page view. For example: VIRTUOSO®
INQUIRIES You must abide by any additional standards concerning branding and advertising that are distributed or posted by Virtuoso from time to time.
