WHO? KC Water in partnership with Beemer Construction Co., Inc.
• Water transmission main extension.
WHERE?
WHY? • The new water main will extend water
supply to enable future development and growth.
WHEN?
The water transmission main runs through the Big Shoal Greenway along Mill Creek from NE Vivion Rd and N. Chouteau Trafficway to N. Brighton Ave near NE 55th St.
IMPROVEMENTS? • Increased system reliability. • Increased capacity for north system.
WHAT TO EXPECT? • Large equipment will be used, creating
noise and dusty conditions, which will be controlled.
• Road and street lane closures will be
clearly marked.
• Any curbs, driveways, and streets
• Weather permitting, work will begin
August 2017 and conclude October 2018.
