Welcome to the NWMCAA Football and Cheer Experience! On behalf of Northwest Madison County Athletic Association (NWMCAA) we would like to welcome you and your family to the NWMCAA Cougars family! Football and cheerleading both are fun, exciting, and teach life lessons. Our football and cheer program is designed to teach your child the meaning of SPORTSMANSHIP, DEDICATION, DISCIPLINE and TEAMWORK. Below are the forms and paperwork that need to be brought to and/or filled out for registration:
NWMCAA Registration Form Sports Ethics/Discipline Policy NWMCAA Program Acknowledgements Code of Conduct and Responsibility Alabama High School Athletic Association Concussion Form Alabama High School Athletic Association Physical Form Copy of your child’s birth certificate Copy of a recent report card or proof of address (utility bill, phone bill, etc.)
Registration Fee: $160.00 - Per child There will be a multiple child discount of $20.00 per child after the 1st registration. *All children must be related living in the same household to receive discount* Registration fees are used to fund the following: Football Uniforms – Game Jersey and Game Pants Helmets and Shoulder Pads Cheerleading Uniform Administrative Costs – which include but are not limited to Insurance for players, Coaches and Board Members, Coaches equipment, MXR Elementary Usage Fee, Sparkman Middle School Usage Fee, Game Officials, etc. We are always looking for fresh ideas and welcome any parent to apply to volunteer or join the Board. Board meetings will be held regularly. Should you have a question or concern, please feel free to join us and present them to the Executive Board.
