Welcome to the Oregon Cup Select Shootout Lacrosse Tournament Saturday & Sunday May 19th & 20th, 2018
The Oregon Cup Select Shootout Lacrosse Tournament is an alcohol/drug/smoke free event Thank you for respecting our facilities, volunteers, fans and players! The Tualatin Valley Youth Lacrosse League’s Oregon Cup Select Shootout Lacrosse Tournament is a competitive youth lacrosse tournament for Boys 7/8 & Boys 5/6 Select levels. TVYLL endorses the Positive Coaching Alliance and would like all coaches and parents to be respectful and positive at all times. All fans are required to be on opposite sidelines from the players when possible and please encourage ALL to cheer “RESPECTFULLY & SUPPORTIVELY” for both teams and the Officials. After each game, both teams shake hands and move away from the fields as quickly as possible to allow the next teams to take the field for warm-ups and volunteers to prep for the next game. Please be sure your team and guests are using the rest stations and trash cans. Help us keep these facilities looking great for all of us to enjoy. The Oregon Cup 2018 will be held at THPRD’s HMT Complex on Saturday & Sunday, May 19-20 We are structuring this Select Tournament for (24) Boys 7/8 teams and (18) Boys 5/6 teams. Each group will be split into “A or Gold” and “B or Silver” proficiency levels. We will end in a play-off Medal Round for EACH major grouping – 4 in total. All Games MUST be played at the THPRD HMT Complex located at 15707 SW Walker Road, Beaverton OR 97006. This year's tournament will be one of the largest and most competitive youth select lacrosse tournaments in the area. Space in the tournament is very limited and registrations will be accepted on a first come basis. Payment by credit card is required at the time of registration. ALL Registrations need to be completed on the TVYLL website. The Tournament fee is $800 (nonrefundable) and covers registration, referees, fields, insurance, supplies and bank fees. Full payment is required to complete your registration and secure your slot in this year’s event. By submitting a registration form for a team, each coach acknowledges that he/she has read, understands and will adhere to the rules of play, eligibility requirements and tournament rules.

WAIVER/MEDICAL RELEASE Due prior to first Game These must be turned in at the registration tent prior to starting your first game. ALL players need to have completed a Waiver of Liability/Medical Release Form. Coaches need to turn in forms for the entire team at registration (Main Tent Area) and pick up Event Badge & lanyard. Forms can be printed from our website at www.tvlax.com. ROSTERS/MANDITORY INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Due by May 1, 2018 All rosters MUST be submitted online at www.tvlax.com using our online roster form. We do NOT accept emailed or printed rosters. VERY IMPORTANT FINE PRINT All fees are non-refundable at the time of registration without exception. Teams are selected in order of registration. Payment is required on line by debit or credit card only with registration in order to be confirmed. Electronic confirmation of participation is sent to the email address used on the registration. Registration requires the name, phone number and email address for the Head Coach of each team upon registration. This is the only email address and phone number that will receive information about the tournament. Please make sure you provide accurate information. Information will be posted on this website concerning all details of the tournament. You will need to check this website often for updates and information. Rosters are required for participation and must be submitted no later than May 1, 2018. o The information on the rosters is required by our insurance carrier in order to insure the event. o Each Program is responsible for getting them uploaded ahead of time. Please make sure someone in your program helps your Coaches prior to Game time. PLEASE NOTE If your roster is not submitted and complete by May 1, 2018 at midnight, the next team on the waiting list will be accepted.
