Follow curve in road 3.5 miles East on 284th St to West Boundary of Property. Continue East ½ mile to lodge and homes. From Burke go…East on 7th Street ½ mile, follow cure in road North for 7 miles on County Road 31 (‘Lucas Road’), ¾ mile West on 284th Street. Signs designate the property. Brochures available in posted mailbox. Approximate property corners are marked with orange ribbon.
Terms: A 15% non-refundable earnest money deposit along with a signed purchase agreement will be required the day of the auction. The balance of the purchase price will be due in full, certified funds at closing which will be on or before August 13, 2012. Buyer will receive a credit for the 2012 R.E. taxes payable in 2013 based on the 2011 tax levy. Buyer is responsible for subsequent R.E. taxes.
