Designer, Tana Mueller specializes in basic crayon hot blend techniques for fabric. “Designs by Tana,” (her other business) was established in 2004. Tana specializes in patterns to color on fabric. This is her second fabric line that has a black and white pre-printed design for coloring.

General’s all purpose sharpener For sharpening crayons and pencils.
There are many designers that use an art medium in their projects. By applying Tana’s basic crayon hot blend technique, you will create a unique colored project. The steps are very easy and anyone can color with crayons. STEP 1
Prepare Blocks Cut out blocks and EZ Pellon 1/2 inch smaller than block.
STEP 2
Stabilize Block must be stabilized so it can be colored on. Iron EZ Pellon to the back of the block. Use a pencil and write the name or number on the back of the release paper.
STEP 3
Getting Ready to Color Remove release paper and iron on to Bear Thread® applique pressing sheet, on top of a low loft ironing surface.
STEP 4
Color with Crayons The quilt shop workbook will have step by step instructions with colors called out for each block.
