COST: $65 (Includes a camp t-shirt) LOCATION: Westlake High School CAMP DATES: JUNE 26th: 8am-11am JUNE 27TH: Noon-3pm JUNE 28TH: Noon-3pm PARTICIPANTS: Players who are going to be in 3rd to 8th grade in 17-18 School Year STAFF: The camp will be taught by the Westlake High School coaching staff as well as the Varsity, JV, and Freshman players. Please complete the registration form below and return to WHS, attn.: Ms. Mental at WHS by May 2nd, 2017. A $10 late fee will be added for all late registrations.

Therefore, Westlake Volleyball Camp, the instructors, Westlake High School, and its employees will not be held liable for any accident or injury that might occur under normal playing conditions at the camp.
