Ocala Premier Soccer and Weston Pro Soccer are teaming up to offer Summer Soccer Camps to suit players of all levels. These fun, exciting and educational weeks of soccer are led by Ex-English Premier League Player Matt Weston.
2015 Summer Camp Details (July 13th - July 17th 2015) Mini-Kickers Camp U4 - U8 (9am - 12pm) (July 13th - July 17th) Evening Camp U12 - U17 (5pm - 8pm) (July 20th - July 24th) Morning Camp U8 - U11 (9am - 12pm) Location: Big Sun Soccer Fields, 2811 SE 36th Ave, Ocala, 34471 **Players please bring shinguards and hydration**

Participant Waiver & Liability Agreement
I understand that there are risks associated with playing all sports and field related activities. In consideration for the privilege to use the facility and/or attend the camp/clinic, my signature indicates that I assume
the risk of any injuries that myself or my children may sustain while participating in any activity with Weston Pro Soccer and Big Sun Youth Soccer. I ensure that my child is physically and mentally able to participate in physical activities and have been examined by a licensed physician within one year prior to attending this clinic/camp. I give permission for camp trainers and coaches/or contract healthcare to start preliminary treatment and arrange transportation for me or my child to a local emergency room in a result that I or my child becomes ill or injured. By signing this waiver and liability agreement I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand and agree to all of it's terms and conditions including permission to treat agreement.
