WOODLAND INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL WEEKLY NOTES October 12, 2016
Mark your calendars for Friday, October 14th when the Woodland Intermediate Fall Social will be held after school from 3:00 pm—4:30 pm. See the attached flyer for more information.
The next Woodland School spirit day will be on Thursday, October 20th and the theme is “Green and Gold.” Go Pack Go!
Intermediate Culver’s night is on Monday, October 24th from 5-8 pm. Come out and enjoy a delicious meal while supporting our PTO!
There will be no school on Thursday, October 27 and Friday, October 28th.
Intramural programs are underway at Woodland Intermediate. Permission slips are attached for those students that are interested in participating in Art Club, Girls Volleyball or Wrestling.
October 10th-14th is National School Lunch Week. Please take a moment this week to say “Thank You” to our food service staff to recognize all of the hard work they do to provide our students with nutritious lunches every day.
Woodland School is looking for substitute lunch hour supervisors. If you are interested, please contact Peggy Mueller at 730-0924, option 2.
Chromebook Insurance Purchase Deadline: The final date to purchase Chromebook Insurance for your student will be on Monday, October 31, 2016. There will be no option for the remainder of the 16-17 school year to purchase insurance after this date. This is an optional fee. Chromebook Insurance only needs to be purchased one time to provide coverage through the end of grade 8, so for example, insurance purchased when your child was in 5th or 6th grade would continue to provide coverage through 8th grade. Payments can be made on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal or by cash or check made out to KASD in the main office. If you have questions about whether or not your student has Chromebook Insurance coverage please call the main office at 920-730-0924, option 2 or follow the attached instructions to review to check your paid fees through Infinite Campus.
