*Players will compete at the age level for which they are participating at Summer Slam. Eg. if you are an 11 year old moved up to 12U Team for Tournament, you’ll be competing at 12U age level for HR Derby. HR DERBY FEE: $20 – All participants will receive a Summer Slam Homerun Derby T-Shirt AVAILABILITY: The contest will be limited to the first 35 registrants at each age level. PARTICIPANT SHIRT SIZE:
Youth XS, M, LG, XL; Adult S, M, L
Sullivan Field HR Derby (~120’ fence) 9U 4:30-6:30pm 10U 5:30-7:30pm 11U 6:30-8:30pm
Main A HR Derby (~170’ fence) 12U 4:30-6:30pm 13U 5:30-7:30pm 14U 6:30-8:30pm
The top (3) players from each age group will receive awards. All prizes will be awarded sharply after the conclusion of each age division. Rules/Notes: All pitches delivered by machine using standard yellow dimple balls Players to receive 10 pitches to post their HR total Ties to be decided by additional 5 swings All players allowed to participate and ‘shag’ balls as own risk during competition All batters to wear a helmet o Woodstock Summer Slam reserves the right to adjust any of the rules of competition to ensure a fair competition for all.
