Meralco Bills Payment Process Sample MERALCO Electric Bill
In your MERALCO electric bill, encircled in blue box is the primary ATM/Phone Reference Number that will be used in paying your MERALCO bill in any of the available bills payment channel of China Bank. This includes ATM, China Bank Online, Tellerphone (IVRS), and Mobile Banking. Note: • Your bill should not have an outstanding balance • Amount to be paid should be exact as indicated in the bill and not less than P100.00

China Bank Online 1. Log in to China Bank Online (http://chinabank.ph)
2. Enter your user ID and password

3. Click on “Bills”
4. In the next screen, click on “Bills Payment “
5. Click on “One-Time Non-Enrolled Bills Payment”

6. Once you see the “List of Standard Payees”, under “TOP 10 BILLERS”, click Meralco (MECO)
7. On the payment instruction page, please enter the following: a. ATM/Phone Reference Number - as indicated in your Meralco Electric Bill b. Payment Amount - exact amount as indicated in your Meralco electric bill (minimum of P100) c. Debit Account – Deposit account where the payment will be sourced d. Transaction Remarks, if any e. Select “Make Payment Now” – System will immediately process the payment after the transaction is confirmed. Your success is our business
Note: User may select “Schedule Payment Date on” and enter the date on when the system will process your payment request. But the entered date should not fall beyond the “Due Date” as indicated in your MERALCO Electric Bill. 8. Click “Pay”

9. Under the “Confirm Transaction”, please enter your User ID and Transaction Password
10. System will prompt a successful transaction notification and transaction reference number as shown below.

11. Likewise, a “Cyber Receipt” will be generated where the customer has the option to “Print” or “Save” the transaction details.
