the Henry Davison Youth Center provides a safe, nurturing environment for kids to learn and grow. Our center is a drug-free, alcohol-free and bully-free safe haven for kids to learn and grow. The youth center strives to strengthen families and help change the community one child at a time.
HOW WE STARTED In 1997, Henry Davison saw a need in Cedar Rapids to help working parents provide a safe place for children in the downtown area. The Henry Davison Center was born to teach children life skills and provide opportunities to learn hobbies and get help with homework.
