1. Disassembly a. Remove OE securing plate and set aside for reuse. b. Remove and discard OE spring and pressure regulator valve. NOTE: Remove the other two valve trains that are held in with the same securing plate and reinstall after post-ream cleaning.

2. Bore Reaming Ream pressure regulator bore (for reaming instructions/reamer care, please visit www.sonnax.com). Sonnax reaming tool kit F-139740-TL and VB-FIX are required for this operation.

3. Installation & Assembly a. Thoroughly clean valve bores. b. Install Sonnax valve and spring. c. Reinstall other two OE valve trains. d. Reinstall OE securing plate. 4. Final Testing Vacuum testing at the port(s) indicated hold the recommended minimum 16 in-Hg.
