Duke of Edinburgh Award 2018 “Many young people find achieving the Duke of Edinburgh Award life changing. It is used to develop young people in to responsible and self-assured members of society by; pushing personal boundaries, gaining new skills and enhancing their CVs and university applications Dear Parent/Carer, There is a meeting for students and parents who are interested in participating in the D of E for the coming year. The meeting is at Youth Adventure Tameside, St John’s Street, Dukinfield on Tuesday 30th January 2018. The meeting will start at 7.30pm and you can arrive from 7pm. It will finish no later than 9pm. The full outline of the course will be explained including activities and costs. Please complete the reply slip so I am aware of how many students and parents will be attending.
