Registration
All riders must be registered with ESNZ either as a Community Member or a Full Member. Horses require casual, flexi start or full registration.
Conditions Dogs must be on a lead and are not allowed on the Landcorp Block under any circumstances. Bank Account: BNZ Taupo, National Equestrian Centre 0204280287292025 please note "riders name" and “ESHT" in reference columns. Cheques payable to: National Equestrian Centre, Taupo although must be pre arranged. Late payments – will incur the Late Fee if money is not in the bank account two working days after entries close. Unpaid entries will NOT be put in the draw until full payment is received. Prizes – Rosettes 1st6th in all classes, collect from the Secretary 30 minutes after the posting of final results. Refunds – 80% of entry fee (minus non refundable portion),up to 8.30am Friday 9th September. Entry fee refunds after this date will be at the discretion of the OC. The event will be run under ESNZ Eventing rules. The organizing committee reserve the right to restrict entries if necessary, alter classes and prizes as required Entries/draw/yarding and finally the ‘live’ results are available to view on www.equestrianentries.co.nz There will be refreshments on the ground including coffee, hot food and sweets. Start time 8am Sunday though OC reserve right to alter start day/time. Anybody coming prior to our event for the dressage/clinics please use yards etc allocated from us for our event to avoid complications on Saturday and Sunday. Anybody planning to come XC schooling in the week leading up to our event needs to make themselves familiar with the prohibited areas and jumps any schooling in these areas or over these jumps will result in disqualification from the event.
