Internal changes for board coming. Michelle Fischer will be stepping down from the board. Greg LeVon will also be leaving the board in May. NGIN running about three weeks behind. Marc will speak with vendor. Program Updates /Program Directors I nHouse Baseball: Big Athletics is now supplying uniforms. $7000 in savings. Busy spring. Will present budget in March. Registration is up. Traveling Baseball: Registration is open. 170 signed up so far. Program Meeting in February. Club baseball discussionscommunity baseball approach vs. yearround club approach. Gear is purchased. 25 coaches this yearhighly experienced. InHouse Basketball: Final tournament March 7. raveling Basketball: T Tournament went wellbut was down. Could affect some budget numbers. In need of board membersneed 8 positions. Girls 8 won at Rochester. Cross Country: No report Nordic Skiing: Snow depth and cold weather challenging. Season is complete. 75 kids total this year. ISD 196 ski team helped with coaching. BUdget will be presented in March or April. Football: No report Traveling Football: No report Lacrosse: Budget will be presented this month. Kickoff midMarch. Spring season jamboree. Looking for a U9 coach. InHouse Soccer: Tournament only teamU11 girls will be the first teamjoin 4 or 5 tournaments over summer. Dakota REV: No report oftball: S Tryouts in March. Clinics still running. Numbers declining. Possible merger with Valley teams. (about 1/2 of the kids are going to club play) Tennis: Coaches on board. Meeting over spring break. Registration coming soon. Budget presentation in February. Track & Field: Registration open. Volleyball: Spring registration is open. Lost a coach due to parental pressure. No invoice from school netting equipment. Wrestling: Session 2 successful. Great numbers. Season winding down. Review & Approve January 2015 Regular Meeting BOD Minutes Approved. inancial Update: F December financials approved. January Financials reviewedapproval via email.
