Special Event Conditions
Dogs must be on a lead at all times. Failure to comply will result in elimination for rider and dog to be removed from the grounds immediately. Bank Account for Internet Banking BNZ Taupo, National Equestrian Centre 0204280287292025 Cheques payable to: NEC. Late payments – will incur the Late Fee of $50 if money is not in the bank account two working days after entries close. Prizes – Prizes can collected 30 mins after confirmed results. Must be collected in person by the rider, no proxies allowed. Prize money will be paid electronically into your bank account. Prizes will not be posted out. Refunds –ALL classes 80% of entry fee, all yarding/camping included up to 48 hours before start of competition. Refunds will be paid electronically into your bank account. Refreshments – available on the grounds. Timetable – Dressage and SJ Saturday for all classes, XC Sunday. Order for Sunday’s XC: 105cm, 1*, 1*+, 95cm, 80cm. CNC 105 may compete on an ESNZ Equine Casual registration, however must also pay the ESNZ Eventing Flexi Start. CNC 95 and CNC 80 may compete on an ESNZ Equine Casual registration. *CNC 95cm Masters class is for riders 40 years or over that have not competed in 1* in the previous 3 seasons. CNC 80cm age classes, if these do not create an even split the committee reserve the right to alter the conditions. This class will have limited numbers accepted. All riders must have a current ESNZ Full Human membership National Equestrian Centre: https://goo.gl/maps/xAXGt **Class 1 3* dressage is an unregistered open class to any rider that wishes to compete. You may compete in this class and in another eventing class.
General Event Conditions and Information
Classes run under ESNZ eventing rules The organizing committee reserve the right to restrict entries as necessary, alter classes and prize money as required. EVERY LOCAL MUST PROVIDE A JUMP JUDGE, THIS IS A CONDITION OF ENTRY Back number holders are required. Entry status, the draw/yarding and finally the ‘live’ results are available to view on www.equestrianentries.co.nz Draw and yarding will also be emailed to you. Preliminary Dressage and XC results will be texted or emailed to you immediately after they are scored (revised values will not be resent) Once a class is full or you are a late entry, you may be waitlisted until a scratching occurs. The secretary will indicate after entries close whether a start is guaranteed or not. Unpaid fees owed to other events need to be settled before your entry will be accepted and put into the draw. ICE is available in the office from Saturday morning for $4 a bag, limited bags available. All local riders are obligated to volunteer in some way, it is a condition of entry.
