Exam Taker Results Exam Managers (EMs) are able to review the specific details of each Exam Taker’s (ET’s) performance on their assessments by running the Exam Taker Results report.

The Exam Taker Results report can be a powerful conferencing tool when conducting one-on-one counseling sessions with ETs. It can help to identify and review the areas they are performing well and areas they need additional support based on the learning outcomes assessed. 1.
To print multiple reports, select the ETs by putting a check into the boxes and clicking the ‘Adobe PDF’ icon at the very top of the report screen.
Choose the exam from the available exam postings and select ‘Exam Taker Results’ from the Reports dropdown menu. 6.

You may also save the individual results for all ETs or only a selected few as a PDF document. This is done by clicking on the ‘Adobe PDF’ icon next to the selected ET’s name to print one individual report.
This will open the Copies of Exams options page where you will select the information to be included in the report. Choose the various options by putting a check into the corresponding boxes and select ‘Run Report’.
This will open the Exam Taker Results options page where you will select the information to be included in the report. It is important to identify the items you wish to share with ETs. You may do this by placing a check in the corresponding boxes.
It might take a couple of minutes to generate this report depending on the amount of ETs and data. 3.
Click the ‘View Report’ button to generate the report. It will appear in the bottom portion of the screen. If an ‘Answer Key’ was included in the report, it will be displayed in the first row.

Once the report is generated, you may open to view or save it to your local drive. The generated report will include all the options you have selected.
If the ET answered the question correctly, the answer choice letter will be in upper case. If the answer was incorrect, the answer choice letter will be in lower case. 4.
You may choose to export the data to an Excel or CSV file to review at a later time by simply clicking either one of the ‘Export’ icons at the top of the report.
