Deleting an Upload Record for an Exam Taker An Exam Taker (ET) can only upload one answer file per exam.

7.

From this list, locate the Exam Taker for whom you would like to delete the Upload Record and select the ‘Edit’ icon to the left of the ET’s name.

8.

The Edit Download/Upload History window will appear. Select the ‘Trash Can’ icon next to the Delete Upload Record for Exam Taker message.

If an Exam Taker attempts to upload more than one answer file, they will be unsuccessful. Only the first upload will remain. The second upload WILL NOT overwrite the first. An Administrator must first delete the initial upload before any further attempts can be made by the ET to upload their intended answer file to be reviewed for grading. The deletion of an upload record may be needed in the event an ET’s computer hardware malfunctions and an answer file is uploaded prior to exam completion. To delete an Upload Record for an ET, follow these steps: 1.

Log into the Custom Home Page as an Administrator.

2.

Select ‘Exam Management’ Tab.

3.

Select ‘Exam Tracking’ Tab.

4.

Select the exam you would like to work with and click the ‘Download/Upload History’ icon.

Deleting an Upload Record for an ET cannot be undone. Once the Answer File Upload is deleted, the ET will be able to upload another Answer File. 5.

Once the Download/Upload History page loads, select the filters ‘Uploaded Exam’ and ‘Registered’ and click the ‘Refresh’ icon.

9.

Be sure to select the ‘Save’ button.

10. You will now notice that this ET no longer has an Upload Record for this exam. A second answer file may now be uploaded for this ET. 6.

A list will generate of ETs who have already uploaded their answer files.

The Key Administrator on the account will receive an email notification about the deletion of an Upload Record and the ET’s information.
