ANNUAL MEETING 2015 A. Call to order 6:30pm B. Roll Call Chris Siegler – President Ron Groves – Vice President John Reed– Secretary Kevin Bassett – Treasure Eddie Bray – At Large Carmen Fox – At Large Coach Adam Fischer Class Representatives in attendance: 2016 Eddie Bray, 2017 Carmen Fox, 2019 Heather Bean, 2020 Julie Pulkrakek, 2021 Casey Karye-Haddy, 2022 Jackie Cochnauer. 19 Booster Club members attended C. The primary purpose of this meeting was to give an annual report to the football booster club members and vote for 2016 officers. D. Summary A PowerPoint was presented by Eddie Bray (can also be viewed on our website under the Information tab). Discussions followed: 7th grade SSYFL (South Suburban Youth Football League) 1. Adding A 7th & 8th grade League Commissioner 2. Players in the SSYFL league getting uniforms instead of wearing practice jerseys. Motions 1. A motion was made by Eddie to create 2 more positions on the board. Seconded by Chris. Unanimous vote, motion passed to add 2 Members At Large seats on the board. 2. A motion was made by Kevin to add a 3rd Member At Large. Seconded by Carmen. Unanimous vote, motion passed to add a 3rd Member At Large seat on the board. (By-Laws will be amended to show additional At Large office positions from 2 to 5) Eddie announced “by a show of hands, would anyone like to volunteer for an At Large seat on the board.” 3 people volunteered, Larry Lewis, Krysia Moe & Jackie Cochnauer. Each gave a brief background summary and why they would like to be a board member. E. Coach Fischer We have a recruitment night planned for January 15th 2016 for the current 7th grade class of 2021. Coach will give a short speech, take the students on a tour of the weight room and watch the varsity basketball game. The players are asked to bring $5.00. Same thing for the current 8th grade class of 2020, date TBD.

Vote for 2016 Board Members A paper ballet was handed out, with a write in of 3 extra Members at Large (Larry, Krysia & Jackie), to all in attendance that are 2015 FFBC members. Results: Chris Siegler will finish his 2nd year, of his 2 year term, as President John Reed for vice President – unanimous (2 year term) Kim Hinrichsen for Treasurer – unanimous (1 year term) Carmen Fox for Secretary – unanimous (1 year term) Members at Large Kevin Bassett – unanimous (1 year term) Heather Bean- unanimous (1 year term) Larry Lewis – unanimous (1 year term) Krysia Moe – unanimous (1 year term) Jackie Cochnauer – unanimous (1 year term) Class Representatives: 2016 Eddie Bray will continue as 2016 Alumni rep. 2017 Carmen Fox will continue as 2017 Class Rep. 2018 Heather Bean will continue as 2018 Class Rep. 2019 Heather Bean will continue as 2019 Class Rep. 2020 Julie Pulkrabek will continue as 2020 Class Rep. AND would like a Co-representative 2021 Casey Karye-Haddy will continue as 2021 Class Rep. 2022 Marijane Cochnauer will continue as 2022 Class Rep. 2023 OPEN position
G. Adjournment 7:30pm Next board meeting will be Monday, January 11th, 2016 at FHS. Scheduled board meetings will be the 2nd Monday of the month at FHS.
