I. Meeting called to order @ 6:51pm in lower level Football Lounge Conference room, FHS. II. Minutes: Kim moved to accept the Jan. 11, 2016 Annual meeting minutes as written. Jackie seconded the motion. A voice vote was taken and the motion carried. III. President Report: Review of Annual Meeting: Chris IV. Vice President Report: A. By-Laws: John is still working on this. 1-11-16 meeting minutes >>John will rewrite the By-Laws to add the new Members At Large voted in at the annual meeting Dec. 21, 2015. This will be discussed and up for approval at the next meeting 2-8-16. B. Helmets: We have 90 helmets that were certified for 7-8th grade. 78 helmets were not eligible for recertification because they were more than 10 years old. Coach Fischer to work a deal to get more helmets at the same price we paid for out previous order. 1. John motioned to set aside $9300.00 for 84 helmets, ½ payment up front and the rest upon delivery. Jackie seconded the motion. A voice vote was taken the motion carried. C. Community Ed is offering us a buy back of the used football equipment, footballs and jerseys at $3000.00. Adam will check on pricing for buying new. A verbal discussion was held and John is to offer a few hundred dollars for the footballs and field equipment to community ed and report back. V. Treasurer’s Report: Kim gave a detailed report of our finances, and is working with Sue Dentinger to get QuickBooks up and running for our program. VI. Secretary’s Report: January 11th Meeting minutes are posted to the website. VII. Website Report: A. Still waiting for TFC site to be fully operational, and Sports Ngin to create our Football specific site. B. Coach Fischer will look into a possible blog area and talk to the coaches about writing a bio. VIII. Communications Report: A. Chris, John & Heather will meet with the class representatives to discuss sending emails and communicating with each class. B. John will add an area to the website for families to give us their contact information. C. Heather will draft a Thank You letter for when someone donates/pays membership/booster fees to FFBC. Farmington Football Booster Club Monday, February 8, 2016 6:30pm FHS Football Lounge D. Heather will write up a quarterly newsletter to be posted to the website and emailed to all football parents. IX. Members At Large: A. Larry: Not sure if we will be able to host the summer football tournament. B. Kyrsia: Ramble Jam is still offering us the opportunity to volunteer. (Sept. 13-14, 2016) C. Jackie: Mentioned bundling our membership fees with a shirt, shorts and amount based on years in the program D. Kevin: No report XI. Coach Fischer’s Report: A. Recap of the AAU basketball tournament we will be hosting the last weekend in April. We will need volunteer help with setup, concessions, clock supervisors, clean up, ect… B. We need to set up a mandatory High school players and parent meeting early May to explain our membership/booster fees. C. Current 8th graders recruitment night. Possibly a baseball game or track meet with a BBQ. TBD D. 7 on 7 for younger grades: 5-6 & 7-8 grades to compete in a 7 on 7 with paid coaches. Charge about $60.00. A percentage would go to the booster club. XII. New Business: A. 3rd – 6th Grade added to FFBC program: A meeting was held 2-4-2016 (need more info from meeting). John motioned to accept the 3rd – 6th grade program. Kevin seconded the motion. A voice vote was taken and the motion carried. 1) A committee will be built for each age group. 2) This age group will work on fundamentals and play against schools in our area: Lakeville North, Lakeville South ect… 3) Adam will look into pricing practice gear through Big Athletics 4) Jackie motioned to add practice gear to the fee for 3rd- 8th grade. Carmen seconded the motion. A voice vote was taken and the motion carried. 5) Start date will be the same as high school, August 15, 2016. 6) Next meeting for 3rd – 6th grade will be Thursday, March 3, 2016 (LOCATION?) XIII. Volunteer Check & Hours: A. Carmen motioned to set the volunteer check amount at $300.00/family for 3rd – 8th grade. Jackie seconded the motion. A voice vote was taken and the motion carried. B. Requirements to fulfill your volunteer hours: 1. Work 6-8 hours at various events throughout the school year for your check will be shredded. 2. Hours need to be completed before May 10th of the current school year. XIV. Old Business: A. Chris will review the old minutes and bring any relevant old business to the next meeting. XV.

Adam is working with Big Athletics to get a package deal, approximately $60 for shirt/shorts, $75 for Shirt/shorts and home & away socks. B. Carmen talked with Mrs. Cherwinka about having the graphic design class create the 2016 sweatshirt design. Mrs. Cherwinka suggested we only use design class 2 to create designs for us as they are more advanced. This year’s design class 2 is spring 2016. This will give us a head start with ordering for the fall  C. Carmen will work with xx company to create the tackle cancer T-shirts. We will order a larger quantity then last year and place our order early to mid-August 2016. XVI. Membership/Booster Fees: A. Jackie mentioned bundling our membership fees with a shirt, shorts and amount based on years in the program. B. John would like to keep the membership at $100.00 in hopes of having more families donate. C. Carmen motioned to raise the membership/booster fee to $150.00. xxx seconded the motion. A raise of hands vote was taken resulting in a 5 to 4 vote. Motion carried. XVII.

Fundraising: We need to form committees to take on fundraising activities.
