− Soup: 275° 20-25 min or HI 18-20 min

Service Flow Boarding − Welcome customers − Pre-departure beverages

Tray Setup: − Chocolate Wafer Cookies − Fruit & Cheese Plate − Cheese Bread Sticks − Shelf Stable Soup – Shelf Stable Bulk Packed – heat & add Procedure: 1) Shake soup box 2) Open tetra pack, bending spout back and forth until able to tear. 3) Pour soup into round soup tins. 4) Cover with foil lid. There will be four (4) round soup tins per square tin. 5) Place oven rack with soup tins in oven and heat for 20-25 minutes at 275F. 6) Place soup bowls into oven and heat for 10 minutes. 7) Using metal tongs, portion hot soup into heated soup bowls. Approximately two round soup tins equals one serving of soup. 8) Place soup bowl onto doily on plate and deliver to customers.
