Make the Baltimore Christmas quilt blocks by machine embroidery - no hand applique or machine applique. Your embroidery machine will do most of the work. There is some cutting out of the applique pieces but then you can just sit back and watch your embroidery machine complete each block. Beginning Hand Applique
Learn the basics of hand applique and some hand embroidery using a pattern provided in class. Students will learn the basics of hand applique using the easy and fast starch turned applique technique. Beginning Hand Embroidery-The Basics

Come Quilt with Jill
Jill will be offering a 3 day workshop and will teach every aspect of machine quilting on your domestic machine. This is a great opportunity to really hone your machine quilting skills and become a confident and creative machine quilter. Jill has original patterns that you will use to create your heirlooms of tomorrow. This has become a very popular workshop so don’t delay in signing up. Space is limited to one person per table so you will have plenty of room to spread out. All skill levels are welcome.

French Laid Embroidery
In this class students will learn embroidery basics and the stitches you will need to learn to complete a raised monogram, which include stem or split stitch, fill stitches, couching, satin stitches and French knots. Introduction to Machine Quilting
Learn to machine quilt, using your home sewing machine. Students will learn to quilt loops and curves, straight lines, free motion designs and a feathered wreath. Monoprinting on Fabric
Have you ever wanted to try your hand at art techniques? Make an art quilt? This 4 hour class will give you an introduction to printing on fabric so you can create your own surface designs that can be worked into any textile art project. Mystery Quilt
It’s a mystery…this quilt uses fat quarters and a background. There are four components to this quilt that will be taught using quick construction methods. We will use paper piecing, quick piecing, and even flippy corners. The final quilt looks incredibly intricate. There are a lot of units, but broken down step by step the quilt is very manageable. Invisible Machine Applique
In this two part class, students first learn to make prepared edge appliques. In part two, students learn to do invisible machine applique, dealing with overlapping and underlapping appliques. Nostalgic Christmas Pillow
This is a great class to make a personalized 18” Christmas pillow or wall hanging using your own Christmas pictures, or using a panel from the Moda fabric line for the center of your block. Come Quilt with Jill
Jill will be offering a 3 day workshop and will teach every aspect of machine quilting on your domestic machine. This is a great opportunity to really hone your machine quilting skills and become a confident and creative machine quilter. Mystery Quilt
It’s a mystery…this quilt uses fat quarters and a background. There are four components to this quilt that will be taught using quick construction methods. We will use paper piecing, quick piecing, and even flippy corners. The final quilt looks incredibly intricate. There are a lot of units, but broken down step by step the quilt is very manageable.
