Knorr Chicken Powder - 6 x 1 kg

Preparation • Rinse prawns; cut off head; marinate with sugar, chili powder, shallot and 10 g Knorr Chicken Powder until completely coat. • Boil salted duck egg until cook; remove egg yolk and crush until soft and smooth • Finely mince spring onion. Peel and julienne onion • Heat butter or oil in skillet over high heat; stir in onion until fragrant. Then add marinated prawns and stirring constantly. Remove cooked prawns and place on a plate • Heat the oil on skillet; add salted duck egg and stiring constantly until flakes; then return prawns and stir in; add spring onion. Shake off excess the skillet until prawns well coated with salt 1
