Preparation • Rinse prawns; cut off head; marinate with sugar, chili powder, shallot and 10 g Knorr Chicken Powder until completely coat. • Boil salted duck egg until cook; remove egg yolk and crush until soft and smooth • Finely mince spring onion. Peel and julienne onion • Heat butter or oil in skillet over high heat; stir in onion until fragrant. Then add marinated prawns and stirring constantly.
