Add water if texture appears too thick. Taste and adjust seasoning Add Mayonnaise and the Knorr Liquid Seasoning. Set aside until ready to use Set the onions and sliced chilies aside until you are ready to assemble the dish Season the squid with Knorr Rostip Seasoning Powder Dredge with cornstarch. Heat oil until it reaches 350F. Flash fry the squid in the hot oil. Strain from the oil. Place over paper towels to absorb excess oil. • Heat a sizzling plate over low fire. In a stainless steel bowl, toss the fried squid with the dressing, diced onions and sliced chilies.Pour the mixture over the hot sizzling plate and serve immediately
