Monday 9th February 2015 PTA School Disco – Thursday 12th February Dear Parents, The Parental Association half termly disco will take place on Thursday12th February from 4pm till 5.30pm. Admission will cost £2 which children simply need bring into school from Tuesday 10th February. Unlike previous events tickets will not be issued. In order to ease the pressure of children needing to return home to change their clothes, Thursday will be an own clothes day for all children attending the disco. All extra curricula activities and Small Group Tuition lessons will be cancelled for that evening. Children who wish to return home and come back for the disco are free to do so, but children are welcome to stay in school until the disco begins. Could you please indicate this on the slip below. As previously, children must bring the completed slip (at the bottom of this letter). At the end of the disco the children will be brought to the door (Usual exit – Duncombe Road North) a year group at a time which may cause some delay, this is to ensure that the children are able to leave safely and in an orderly fashion. As is in previous discos children must not bring mobile phones or make up to this event. Please complete the slip below and return to school. Yours faithfully, Chris McDonald Headteacher
