Fall Break Procedures: Fall Break begins after Toastmasters on Friday, 4 October. If you are departing Kerrville at any time during Fall Break, you must have an approved chit on OrgSync. Sponsored students with an approved chit may leave following Toastmasters, all other students with approved chits may depart flowing the SAT on Saturday. There will be organized study hall on Sunday and Monday during Fall Break for those who are on academic deficiency, but all students are advised that mid-term exams come immediately following the break, so plan to study accordingly. The Academic Coordinators will publish the time schedule for study hall. There will be no watch on Sunday or Monday nights, but we will have a weekend duty coordinator and a Monday / Tuesday Duty Coordinator as indicated in the roster above. On Tuesday, 8 October, which is the last day of Fall Break, we will have all regularly scheduled afternoon activities, including the PBM, First Tee, and study hall. All students must be back on campus by 1700 that evening, but if you have the PBM or First Tee that evening, you must be back in time to meet those requirements. All students must check in with their squad leaders for accountability prior to 1700 on Tuesday, 8 October. If any student encounters delays or issues while traveling, they must contact their designated Section Chief (sophomore), and keep him updated on their status. 2. Key Box and Watch Log: All Watch Officers must ensure that the key box and duty log are returned to Ms. Schaefer’s office no later than 0830 the morning following watch duty. Page 1 of 4
