Haddonfield Community Visioning Participatory Process: To maximize participation, we utilized numerous channels to create awareness and invite a wide range of community stakeholders. We reached out using the following:

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
HELP CREATE A VISION FOR A GREENER FUTURE
The Haddonfield Green Team is inviting all community stakeholders to participate in a “Vision Meeting” at Borough Hall on Wednesday, February 15th from 7 PM to 9 PM. If you are part of the Haddonfield community and have an interest in sustainability on the local level, this meeting should be exciting. The meeting promises to be highly interactive with group exercises and activities that will help create a collective vision to guide the Haddonfield community in regards to sustainability.
Haddonfield was awarded bronze-level Certification as a Sustainable Community under the Sustainable Jersey™ program in September 2010. Now the Haddonfield Green Team is currently working on raising the Borough's level of certification from Bronze to Silver by 2013 and are seeking input from the community. The Vision Meeting plays a key part in engaging the Haddonfield community. If you are interested in attending:

Food and drinks will be served, so RSVPs are required. The Haddonfield Green Team encourages sustainable use of our community's natural, human, and economic resources through education, outreach, and collaborative partnerships between residents, community organizations, borough government and neighboring towns. The Haddonfield Green Team is led by co-chairs Julie Beddingfield and Neal Rochford. Green Team Member, Mike Nuckols, will be leading the Vision Meeting.

2. Documentation of participation: The workshop was held on 2/15/12. It was led by a Green Team member (Mike Nuckols) who works in marketing and has run vision workshops for Fortune 500 corporations. The meeting was highly interactive with group exercises and activities designed to help create a collective vision for the Haddonfield community in regards to sustainability.
