Halswell Pony Club Showjumping Day Saturday 7th April Entries Close Friday 30th March Event will run wet or fine Canterbury A and P show grounds Conditions of entry
The committee reserves the right to alter, delete or combine classes. This includes combining pony and hack classes if the numbers are low. Entries via Equestrian Entries only. Combinations may enter up to 4 classes. You may only enter each class once per combination. Entry Fees paid by Bank Transfer must be cleared at our bank by Friday the 30th March 2018 5pm. If funds have not cleared late fees will be added. An entry isn't deemed as complete until paid in full. Any unpaid entries will be removed. Jackets optional, Pony club uniform or similar is encouraged. Competition is run under current NZPCA and ESNZ rules. Red tagged safety helmets must be worn and fastened at all times while mounted. All helmets must have an NZPCA approved tag attached. The event will be subject to the Fair Play Charter and Code of Conduct. The NZPCA Yellow Report Form will be in place. In addition you may be scratched for any further rounds; as decided by the Gate Marshall or any other Official on the day; if your behaviour is not appropriate. The event will be held wet or fine. Back numbers not returned incur a $20 fine. Non Pony Club members must complete a casual membership form and email it or bring it on the day. Competitors, helpers and spectators enter the grounds and ride at their own risk. Halswell Pony Club and Canterbury A and P accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to property, horse or pony, rider or spectator. Concussion Rule – Riders who have had a fall in the last three weeks and suffered concussion are not eligible to start the day without a doctor’s certificate.
