Transportation Reminder

In an effort to help the Transportation department keep track of the mileage, driver, destination, and reason for each vehicle that is driven on a monthly basis, please follow these steps: When you pick up a vehicle, you will receive a packet with a set of keys and several forms. All sheets must be filled out for state and billing purposes before you leave the transportation parking lot. When picking up the vehicle, be sure to arrive early enough to fill out the paperwork. Before returning the packet information, please double check to make sure the beginning and ending mileage, driver’s name, vehicle #, destination and reason for the trip are filled out. If you have any questions, please call the Transportation department or email [email protected].
