1” Elastic about 5 inches long

Instructions Cut two of each piece of the pattern. Lay out each of the pieces you cut right sides together. Stitch 1/4” from edge. Turn pieces right side out and press. Top Stitch pieces if you want. Run elastic in small piece. Fold edge of biggest piece inside and stuff elastic piece in. Do the same for the other side, make sure that head band is not twisted. 8. Zigzag stitch across where elastic goes into the main part, securing all layers. 9. Put it on and enjoy 
