Hello Rewards AcOvity Update CENDYN CRM LAUNCHED We evolved our Hello Rewards customer experience, CRM capabiliOes and advanced our RevPak guest management systems by replacing the Serenata CRM soluOon—which powered the RevPak CRM, eCommerce and Guest RecogniOon soluOons for the past two years—with a more modern and technologically advanced soluOon from Cendyn. Among the numerous advantages of switching to Cendyn, some of the most visible changes include: • Updated one-‐on-‐one and one-‐to-‐many markeOng communicaOons with dynamic content messaging, personalized to each recipient
In September, we kicked off two exclusive offers for Hello Rewards Members and American Express cardholders. The Hello Rewards Member Exclusive offered guests a chance to win in a $100-‐A-‐Day Giveaway, plus 40% off room rates at all Hotel RL, Red Lion Hotel, Red Lion Inn & Suites, GuestHouse and SeNle Inn properOes. The cross-‐channel markeOng strategy featured affiliate network markeOng and membership email campaigns. The discrete offer was only available through October and revenue generated from the campaign totaled $106,000 in October alone and $196,700 overall, $193,000 of that during low-‐occupancy months. The American Express Cardholder Exclusive runs through December 30, 2016 but already has shown impressive numbers. This promoOon offers 40% off and is being marketed by AMEX through their own channels.

In October alone, the promo generated $11,322 with a running total of $43,714. Future bookings stand at $14,961 with room to grow. The total revenue between these two promos is $240,414.

PRODUCING RECORD-‐BREAKING NUMBERS OFFER DETAILS Hello Rewards membership is increasing exponenOally with back-‐to-‐back record-‐seeng new member acquisiOon months. Our previous best month was June 2016 at just more than 12,000 but we ended September 2016 with 49,516. There are a number of factors that have contributed to this increase: • Our first-‐of-‐its-‐kind strategic markeOng agreement with Expedia and its affiliate network • Enrollments will rise even further into 2017, as we’ve launched the Cendyn CRM program which streamlines the Hello Rewards process. • The Front Desk Enrollment portal launched on October 16 with a new look and beNer tracking.
