Hello Rewards Guest Recognition Program

Amazon.com Gift Cards Partnership Launch Hello Rewards and Amazon.com Gift Cards have entered into a partnership as of August 1. Hello Rewards members who have achieved their first stay at an RLHC property will receive a $5 Amazon.com Gift Card via email after their stay. No action is required on the property’s behalf. Zipcar Partnership Launch RLHC and Zipcar have entered into a strategic partnership. Zipcar is a car sharing service and we have launched a pilot of the partnership at Hotel at the Park. There are two Zipcars parked on property. There are special offers for Hotel at the Park Guests to utilize the service and an even better offer for Hello Rewards members. The Zipcar partnership is a great property differentiator to your competitors, as well as a great value-add. Hello Rewards Activity Update SOME USEFUL STATISTICS Below are some stats on Hello Rewards program-todate (Dec. 15 to present)*. Current Active Hello Rewards member base: 112,788 Hello Rewards Room Night Contribution: 16% Hello Rewards member intra-brand utilization: 57% Hello Rewards Member Stay Frequency: 40% Hotels with the highest Hello Rewards Room Night Contribution: 1. Red Lion Hotel Richland/Hanford House (35%) 2. Red Lion Hotel Pasco (32%) 3. Red Lion Hotel Port Angeles (31%) *as of Aug. 2, 2015.

DID YOU KNOW? Hello Rewards members earn stay credit towards their free night stay regardless of what channel they booked. That means if a Hello Rewards member booked via an OTA, they still earn stay credit. This is a huge differentiator of Hello Rewards to other hotel loyalty programs and makes the program more valuable to the member. Hello Rewards perks have launched. Members may receive a $5 food & beverage or complimentary breakfast perk via email 24 hours prior to their stay. Additionally, members who have a valid birthdate entered into their profile will receive a special birthday offer. All Hello Rewards members should be recognized when they check-in and given a KIND Healthy Grain Bar. -­‐  2  -­‐

Kudos to the Front Desk staff at Seattle Airport. The front desk staff at Seattle Airport did a great job of recognizing a Hello Rewards member and connecting perks to the program. The guest was told there would be a bottle of water in their room courtesy of Hello Rewards, was given a KIND bar and even got a $5 food & beverage perk for their stay. Great job Seattle Airport!
