Hello Rewards Activity Update HELLO REWARDS FRONT DESK ENROLLMENT The Front Desk Enrollment Program allows Front Desk agents and property sales teams to enroll Hello Rewards members on property. If you need a refresher on how to enroll new Hello Rewards members on-property, please refer to the SOP. If your property has questions or concerns about the Hello Rewards Front Desk Enrollment program, please contact Brigette Pence.
DID YOU KNOW? Hello Rewards members that book through an OTA earn stay credit towards their free night stay. Performing the lookup function for guests staying at your property means that you will recognize Hello Rewards members at your property. We recommend doing lookups during your night audit process. For more information on how to perform a lookup, refer to the SOP. All Hello Rewards members should be recognized when they check-in to a property and given a KIND Healthy Grain Bar.
