STEP 1: Turn on your computer and open Internet Explorer.
STEP 2: In the address bar, enter in the IP address of your DVR.

STEP 3: Click on the “LOGIN” button. If you set up a password on your DVR, enter it in the “PASSWORD” field before clicking “LOGIN” (If this screen does not appear, see the “ActiveX Controls” guide).
STEP 4: Click on the “REPLAY” button.

STEP 5: Set all channels to “ON”.
STEP 6: Click on the “SCHEDULE” button.

STEP 7: Set which channels you want to schedule recording for.
STEP 8: Set the recording type to “ALARM”. On the schedule, click on the times you wish to schedule motion detection for.

STEP 9: Click “APPLY”.
STEP 10: Click “EXIT”.

STEP 14: Set the motion detection “SENSITIVITY”.
STEP 15: Click “SETUP” to set the motion detection area.

STEP 16: Set the motion detection area by clicking on the boxes. The area in red will trigger motion detection; the area in black will not.
STEP 17: Click “CONFIRM” to set the motion detection area.
