STEP 1: On the channel display, right click and select “MAIN MENU”.
STEP 2: Move the cursor to “Devices” and click.

STEP 4: Enter in the login information.
STEP 5: Set the server port to “18600”. (Note: you must forward this port value to your router).

STEP 8: Install the software that came with your DVR and copy the “QQeye.CAB” file to the mobile phone. You can either physically connect your phone’s memory card to do this or use a Bluetooth connection straight to your phone’s inbox.
STEP 9: Double click the QQEye.sis file on your phone.

STEP 19: Set “Default Access Point” to GPRS. Under “Server Address” input the external IP address of your router. Under “Server Port” input the port value that from Step 5. Under “User Name” and “Password” enter the login information that you inputted from Step 4. Under “Channel”, select the channel you want to view and select “Done”.
