Dear Chamber of Commerce members and past parade participants: We would like to invite you to participate in our annual July 4th festivities. Years past have proven that this will surely be an enjoyable time for you, your family, your friends and coworkers! Line up for the parade will begin at 9:00am on Snow King Avenue by the Rodeo Grounds. Judging of the parade entrants will take place as the entries pass the grandstand located on the Town Square. Parade starts at 10:30am from the Rodeo Grounds. As in previous years the Howdy Pardners Fourth of July Parade aims to celebrate the best of our community’s small town American character! In the past the entries have always been positive in nature and have enhanced the spirit of this day of celebration. Entries that have a theme and are trying to make a statement on their theme are permitted, provided that they are in good taste. Entries in the parade that are insulting, offensive or that negatively stereotype are prohibited. The Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to remove entries that are deemed offensive from the parade without refund of entry fees. Should you have any questions about the suitability of an entry please contact the Chamber of Commerce at 307-733-3316. PLEASE DO NOT throw candy from the floats/entries as this can create a very dangerous situation with children running out in front of horses and or vehicles.
