HRK SERIES
PLASTIC BENDING MACHINES Rapidly convertible semi automatic machine for the production of items with multiple bends for the plastic sheet processing industry. For heating all thermoplastics sheets, like PMMA, PS, PP and PVC with a thickness of 1 to 6mm. Type HRK65 is standard equipped with 3 reflectors each with 1 heating-wire, 1 of these reflectors is mounted in the pneumatically operated top frame. Type HRK 125 is standard equipped with 6 reflectors each with 1 heating-wire, 2 of these reflectors are mounted in the pneumatically operated top frame. The machine is modularly constructed and internally prepared for easy expansion with extra regulating units and reflectors. Adjustable from 20 to 445/610mm. Each filament is independently adjustable in temperature and wireposition. Provided with timer and scale calibrated in millimeters and inches.

HRP/S SERIES

For heating all thermoplastics sheets like PMMA, PS, PP, PE, PC and PVC with a thickness of 1 to 15mm. The modular constructed machine is standard equipped with 4 reflectors, two are mounted in the
pneumatically operate top frame. Up to 4 under reflectors can be built in. Every upper reflector is provided with adjustable pressure bar. A standard reflector has 1 filament that is independently adjustable in wire-position and temperature. (Max. 4 regulating units). The distance between the reflectors is adjustable from 20 to 1.000mm.

Easy adjustable fixtures for cooling down of workpieces at any angle set. Length 500, 1250 and 2200mm. Also 3 meter fixture for bending and cooling of large series T - and L - shaped displays.
Several reflectors (R) are available. See undermentioned index (F = filament). Suitable for example to bend plastic sheets with a large radius.
FOIL BENDING PROFILE Thin sheets, thickness 0.3 - 1 mm, can be bent straight with a foil bending profile. The foil bending profile can be delivered in several versions. Length 500, 650 and 1250mm.

PS-4, PS-8 Here is an inexpensive way to accomplish what would otherwise require extensive investment in complicated machinery. The ‘sword’ fits on the bending bar and requires no additional electrical power. After heating it melts through about 2/3 of the sheet forming a deep V-groove. The sheet is bent with a sharp non-radius bend resulting in a contact weld along the juncture of the groove. Excess material forms an extra bead along the inside of the bend. The result is a sharp attractive bend with a reinforced inner joint.

HRK SERIES
PLASTIC BENDING MACHINES Rapidly convertible semi automatic machine for the production of items with multiple bends for the plastic sheet processing industry. For heating all thermoplastics sheets, like PMMA, PS, PP and PVC with a thickness of 1 to 6mm. Type HRK65 is standard equipped with 3 reflectors each with 1 heating-wire, 1 of these reflectors is mounted in the pneumatically operated top frame. Type HRK 125 is standard equipped with 6 reflectors each with 1 heating-wire, 2 of these reflectors are mounted in the pneumatically operated top frame. FOIL BENDING PROFILE Thin sheets, thickness 0.3 - 1 mm, can be bent straight with a foil bending profile. The foil bending profile can be delivered in several versions. Length 500, 650 and 1250mm.

PS-4, PS-8 Here is an inexpensive way to accomplish what would otherwise require extensive investment in complicated machinery. The ‘sword’ fits on the bending bar and requires no additional electrical power. After heating it melts through about 2/3 of the sheet forming a deep V-groove. The sheet is bent with a sharp non-radius bend resulting in a contact weld along the juncture of the groove. Excess material forms an extra bead along the inside of the bend. The result is a sharp attractive bend with a reinforced inner joint.
