In Maths we have worked with lots of shapes and sequences. We work together and share our knowledge with our friends in class. We had fun matching all sorts of things including teddies!
In Literacy we read The Rainbow Fish and made a beautiful display. We used our own hand made felt, lots of mixed media collage and wrote about the story.
Another story we have studied was Hansel and Gretel. We made Halloween pumpkins to decorate the classroom, Making felt was fun and we worked very hard.
and, witches hats which we wore for our Halloween Party. We were very scary!
Our topic in Geography was ‘the view from our window’. We explored our environment and thought about the history of the school. After talking about the past we went on to think of ways to improve the playground. We worked as a group to produce this picture of our ideal playground.
